Individual Subscription For homeowners that are outside city limits we offer individual subscription service in Lenoir County and the eastern part of Wayne County near the Lenoir County border. Pricing for one 96 gallon cart on wheels serviced weekly is $22 per month paid on a quarterly basis. A deposit of one quarter is required to begin service.
