Temporary Roll Off Containers OCS offers 30 yard temporary dumpsters for the collection and removal of all your construction and demolition needs. These dumpsters are well suited to assist with special events, new construction, do-it-yourself projects, remodeling, roofing, spring cleaning, estate settlement, and land reclamation. Delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours. A deposit of $350 via credit card, check by phone or cash at delivery is required. Also, a signature is required either via fax prior to delivery or someone must be on site to accept the delivery. There is a 10 ton maximum and containers may not be overloaded. Certain materials are prohibited. Please refer to our Prohibited Materials page for additional information.
